Is Haste on your pet stackable?
Can you achieve 50% haste by stacking 2 enchantments?

On Fertile Season, when it says every creatures maximum health is increased, is that all surrounding foes as well?

I can help you with one of those, whenever a skill says "creatures," it means everything; you, allies, pets, enemies.

For the other one, I'm not positive, but I don't think you can. You can stack different shouts, but not the same one.
